What reading level is Martial Arts Instructional Guide (With Zen Philosophies ) book?
To quickly assess the difficulty of the text, read a short excerpt:

If he has overreacted, his opponent makes a note of it. This is a weakness which he will later attempt to use to his advantage. A good martial artist recognizes these moves for what they are: a process of sounding out and experimentation. The good martial artist is patient, observing, controlling his patience, and organizing his composure. When they see an opportunity they explode. The use of feints, and tentative jabs are a very valuable ploy to get an extra split second advantage with your at...tack on your opponent. With sparring, the power of controlled patience used in martial arts applies to problems in life. When a problem arises, dont fight with it or deny it. Accept and acknowledge it. Be patient is seeking a solution or opening, and then fully commit yourself to the resolution you think advisable. You and your opponent are as one. There is a coexisting relationship between each. You coexist with your opponent and become his complement, absorbing his attacks and using his force to overcome him.

When I see the sparking logo for Walmart I wonder, where they choose that logo. This book discusses sparking, which is probably of the orient and like many centuries old.

Master James Oleynik has had many great ideas through the years but could not get them to full pleasure.

I'm hoping Walmart will clarify where they got there logo. I feel a little ackward about that and have been a customer for quite a long time now.

This book is a 10/10 only the discipline can read and understand such words of wisdom and intellect. Ones who can appreciate this art, not those who try to mimic it to benefit their needs of greed, but to those of peace and clear understanding!
