Mr. And Mrs. Jay Bird build their nest in the top of a large tree or in a very high thick bush, but, like their voices, their nest is ugly and clumsy, being built up of twigs and sticks, and lined with roots, and that does not sound as though it would be a very comfortable cradle for the baby Jay Birds.
