The finishers claim the follow- ing line of work: The finishing of all sidewalks, curb and gutter, all floor work whether of cement or any other patent material, such as composition or any plastic material; the setting and finish- ing of all illuminating tile when set in cement and patching of same; the point- ing and patching of cement work of all descriptions, when done with finisher's tools, or where surface is finished in such a way that no other material is applied, shall be recognized as finisher's work.
