A BILL Eor the purchase of the Oldroyd collection of Lincoln relies, and for other purposes.
1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 3 That the sum of one lumdred and fifty thousand dollars, or so 4 much thereof as may be nece
...ssary, is hereby appropriated, 5 out of any money in the United States Treasury not other- 6 wise appropriated, for the purchase of the entire Oldroyd 7 collection of Lincoln relics, containing three thousand pieces, 8 more or less, and for the acquisition, by purchase, condem- 9 nation, or othermse, of the premises known as numbers five 10 hundi'ed and fourteen and five hundred and eighteen Tenth 11 Street northwest, Washington, District of Columbia, adjoin- 12 ing the Government property known as the house, in which 13 President Lincoln died, and for the removal of such adjoining 14 houses, beautifj^mg and parking the grounds, making fire- 2 1 proof the house in which the said relics are stored, and for the 2 erection of a suitahle and adequate addition or wings to the 3 aforesaid Lincohi house.
