" He died on the 28th day of March, 1827, in the ninetieth year of his age. " Colonel Billopp was twice married. His first wife was Fran- ces Willett, by whom he had two sons, Thomas and John Wil- lett Billopp, and three daughters, Elizabeth, Sarah, and Kath- erine Billopp.
