The 30th, the brandy was lodged from on board in the warehouses of the Company.
The 6th of January, 1669, the Hoppo went to Macao to take tiie duties from the Manilla ships, Chinese, Portuguese, American, and English. The last go from Madras to Manilla under the Portuguese flags, and come after- wards to Macao before returning to the coast of Coromandel to exchange their silver for gold.
