B. , he spoke of Mr. Wirt in such manner, as one of the wit- nesses against Mr. Crawford, as to show that his as- sociations with him and his family could not have been intimate. But why this reference to the relationship of Mr. Wirt in this connection ? Does he intend to insinuate that his judicial decisions were biased by any such consideration?
