Men have also learned how to make a tablet with vita- min A in it. This tablet has many times more vita- min A in it than any food has. However, so long as the foods that are rich in vitamin A are plenti- ful, we can take care of our growth and help to keep the linings of our noses and throats healthy by eating our share of those foods.
