Out of these Ocoee lands, which were almost imme- diately sold, Kast Tennessee College realized in cash something- over thirty-four thousand dollars. "-^ And this, after thirty years of conflict, was the realization of that brig-ht vision which had induced the trustees of Blount Colleg-e to surrender their independence.
