GATCHELL. TREASURY DEPARTMENT, Comptroller's Office, Annapolis^ 4th December, 1852. Dear Sir, — On the 31st of May last, the House of Delegates passed the following order — "That the Comptroller of the State be required to ascertain and report to this House, within the first week of its next session, tlie number of Clerks employed in the « office of the Clerk of the late Baltimore County Court, also, in the office of the Clerk of the late City Court of Baltimore City, and of the late Orphans' C...ourt of Baltimore County."
