We wi(h not to trefpafs upon your time, by referring to the different declarations c made [ i8 1 made by Congrcfs on the unalienable right of all men to equal liberty ; neither would we attempt, in this place, to point out the inconfiftency of extending freedom to a part only of the human race. The objeft of the prefent application is, to intreat you to confider of fome method fpeedily to put into effeft the two following Re- folves, agreed to by the committee of the whole Houfe, and entered on your Jour- nals in March, 1790.
