(4) The board or its designee may attend and audit all exams requested and offered.
AUTH: 50-6-203, MCA IMP: 50-6-203, MCA REASON : The board determined that reasonable necessity exists to amend this rule to comply with current National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) examination processes. The NREMT has upgraded to computer based testing and this rule is being amended to align board rules with the changed processes.
