This class plays largely upon the other two classes for its victims.
Nervous children tend to make neurotic adults and their pernicious influence spreads, so that we approach the nervous child not only with the idea of bettering its individual condition but through it to exert a beneficial influence upon society. In the first place, the nervous child is, itself, unhappy.
