At the close of the second year's train- ing, the members of the class will be distributed among the various interisland vessels for eighteen months' practical instruction on board ship. During this period, they will receive an allowance of ^15 a month in addition to food and quarters. This arrangement has been fully provided for by the signed agreement between the Government of the Philippine Islands and the Shipowners' Association, a copy of which appears on page 18 of this bulletin.
