ISTow comes C. D. , the defendant in the above-entitled cause, and, being sworn, states that there exists in this county so great a prej- udice against him that he cannot obtain a fair and impartial trial [or that there is a cambination against hiin^ etc.^ or other cause. , ac- cording to the statute] ; that the county of [the county whose court-house is nearest] is subject to the objection that [state some ob- jection sufficient to authorize a change of venue^ if there be any]. Wherefore he prays the court to change the venue of this cause to a county that is free from such objections.
