To the Grand Lodge of the State of Illinois, L 0.... O. F. : Brothers: We, the undersigned members of Subordinate Lodges of Illinois, respectfully petition you in the matter of Bro. Parks of Noble Lodge, No. 482, regarding the admission of Bi'O. Parks to the Old Folks' Home at Mattoon, and in explanation will say: Bro. Parks is a member of Noble Lodge, No. 482, L O. O. F. , having been rein- stated after dropping for non-payment of dues, on the 17th day of November, 1908. On January 31. 1909, less than six months after his reinstatement, he was stricken with partial paralysis, which has ren- dered him 'incapable of earning a livelihood, and made necessary a careful supervision of his needs.
