And by a deed from Nicholas Ruxton Moore to Samuel Owings and others, the Commissioners aforesaid, for the use of Baltimore County, dated the llth day of December 1799, and recorded in Liber W. G., No. 62, foHo 33, &c.
Third. The Poor House property embraces the entire tract of land containing 302 acres, more or less, which was conveyed by the President and Directors of the Mechanics Bank of Baltimore, to the Trustees for the Poor of Baltimore City and County, by Indenture bearing date the 26th day of June, 1835, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County, in Liber T.
