Some have endeavoured to gain industrial objects by political action, others political objects by industrial action. The two weapons must be used together. The political weapon is necessary for the capture of the power of the State, of the legislative and administrative machine and the forces of law and order. It must be used to effect a transfer of the ownership of industry from the capitalist to the community.
