Who was before all things, and by Whom all tilings were made. Thou, eternal God, didst make all things by Him, and by Him too dispensest Thy providence over them ; for by the Same that Thou didst graciously bring all things into being, by Him Thou continucst all things in well-being. The God and Fatheu of Tliiiin Oiily- J>egotten Son ; Who by Him didst niaki' first Ihe Cherubim and Seraphim, the Ages, Thrones, Arch- angels, and Angels, and after these didst by Him create this visible world, and all things wliich are therein.
