What reading level is A Career in Politics And the Attorney Generals Office Oral History Transcript book?
To quickly assess the difficulty of the text, read a short excerpt:

You don't go in with a laundry list of what you're going to do that day. You go over there hopeful and happy that nothing's going to happen. If something happens, you take care of it. In this report by the President's Commission on Law Enforcement and Administration of Justice there's a section on handling demonstrations, The line that caught my eye was, "Demonstrations should not be confused with riots. " Lynch: That's right. 220 Fry: Lynch : Fry: Lynch : Fry: Lynch : Fry: Lynch : Fry: Lynch: ...Fry: What does that mean? It means what it says . What do you do that's different? A riot is a violent display of lawbreaking, and you put it down, period. You don't allow riots to continue. People are destroying property, injuring persons well, you move in on it. If they're not hurting anybody or anything, that's a demonstration and you pay no attention to it. If our demonstrations were like the Japanese, whom I've watched, then we would have no problem at all, except for the airport. I've seen demonstrations in Japan with thousands of people who stop at stop signs and wait [laughs] for the traffic to go by.
