For the mucous membrane of the nose; Compresses saturated with a solution of mercuric chloride and touching with a solution of iodine and potassium iodide (1:2:2) once a week. Sep- LUMBAGO. 391 tember 30. Steady improvement. No ulcers at present. The skin of the nose seems to be healthy. Everywhere good scar-tissue; hardly any nodules visible. October 29. No distinct nodules. Treatment discontinued. November 15.
