The Rev. Christopher Bridge was educated at the Univer- sity of Cambridge, England. He came to this country as an assistant minister of the Rev. Mr. Myles, Rector of King's Chapel, Boston, in 1699. After a few years, his relations to his superior became unpleasant. In 1706, the Bishop of London removed him to the Narragansett mission.
