Wherefore I, the said notary, at the request afore- said, have protested, and by these presents do protest against the drawer of the said bill, and the acceptor and all other parties thereto, and all parties concerned, for all exchange, re-exchange, and all costs, damages, and interest, present and to come, for want of better security, for the payment of the said bill when due.
