It may be said, further, that there is a difference between pur- chasing property of a tangible kind, having a definite location and situs which subjects its owner to the jurisdiction of the state where it is located, so far as its management there is concerned, and owning mere intangible rights to vote shares, and thereby in effect control large property interests located anywhere, with- out the ordinary incidents of jurisdiction over property arising.
