In an action for commissions for a sale of land, it was not error to admit evidence as to the authorization that it dated prior to December 8, 3905, where the amended complaint sets out that in June, 1904, plaintiff was employed by defendants to procure purchasers for the land, and that such work was continued until April, 1906, when the lands were sold, for the evidence objected to goes to prove the transaction between June, 1904, and December 8, 1905.
