Judge Kelly. I am sure that there is not any serious problem in Florida in this regard. Now, it may not be the easiest thing for pris- 240 oners to have access to a newspaper reporter just any time he wants it. And I am not suggesting that. But I think if there are legitimate complaints, that thev can be gotten to the proper authority.
