97 PART IV. — THE RETROSPECT While I have been asked to serve on this Com- mittee, I have, as has already been hinted, a second task to perform. This is to show exactly where and how a beginning on a practical basis should be made, and, for this purpose, I propose to publish as soon as pos- sible a sequel to this book describing three or four actual schemes which might be carried out on sites chosen, in different parts of the country, not necessarily for final selection, but because they are representative and typical.
