Every wall or partition extending to the ceiling or otherwise sep- arating the first floor from the foyer . Stairways in such theaters designed to accommodate not more than fifty people shall be at least four feet wide, and for each fifty persons in 'addition to such fifty, such stairways shall be increased not less than six inches in width.
