The application must then be advertised in the Government Gazette within two months of the certificate of protection. Objections to the grant of the patent may be entered within one month from the date of advertisement and may by consent be heard by the Procureur-General ; otherwise they are referred to the Supreme Court for decision. Before the patent is sealed a printed copy of the petition and specification must be deposited.
