Adjutant General 99 ARMS, UNIFORMS, AND EQUIPMENTS Comments uy Inspector 1. Uniform; kinds, condition. Cotton khaki and olive drab shirts in good condition. Two men noted without shirts.
2. Personal equipment; uniformity, pattern, condition. Medical first aid packets; regulation mess outfits, condition, very good. No identification tags.
3. Horse equipment; pattern, condition. Extent of knowledge of care of leather. Is proper care bestowed on this equipment? McClellan saddles, practically new.
