The vomited matter is of a yellowish-green color, and has an acid reaction; no free or combined hydrochloric acid is present; no cells resembling cancer cells can be found by the microscope. On November 16. at 2.30 a. m. . the patient vomited coffee-colored matter after an attack of severe pain.
