Chairman 73 FRANCESTOWN PLANNING BOARD ~ 2001 Following Town Meeting in March 2001, two elected members of the Planning Board chose to step down for personal reasons: Mary Frances Carey and Chairman Stewart Brock. The Board voted to appoint William McAuley to serve the remaining year of Carey's term, and voted to appoint Peter... Zahn to serve one year of Brock's remaining two-year term. McAuley and Zahn had previously been serving as Planning Board Alternates.
The Board then voted to appoint Lisa Stewart to replace William McAuley as Planning Board Alternate for the one year remaining in his term, and to appoint Cathy Eby as an Alternate for a three-year term, which expires in 2004.
Board members elected Benjamin Watson as Chairman and Sandra Ellis as Secretary (Vice-Chair). Sarah Pyle was asked to serve as Chair of the Completeness Review Committee, replacing Watson.
