" Then follows a statement of the " six dangers " to which the country is exposed, an appeal to the Assembly to act more reasonably and competently, and then the following peroration : " The declarations of us, Yuan- hung and others, are still there, our wounds have not yet been fully recovered, and should the sea and ocean be dried up, our original hearts will not be changed.
