REMARKS The Converted, 4%, 1932-1947, bonds of the First Liberty Loan, authorized by the Acts of Congress approved April 24, 1917, and September 24, 1917, consist of the First Liberty Loan, 3%% bonds of 1932-1947 converted into the rate of interest of the Second Liberty Loan.
