This part has, of course, iJie two etchings by Buss, afterwards suppressed, and others by ' Phiz ' substituted, and an interesting address by Charles 1 88 '' Bozlmtdr Dickens on 2 pp. , announcing that the following numbers will be issued in an improved form.
