I would like to discuss the amendment, because my concern about the amendment, then, in substance is that what we are essentially doing is asking for a report to be done toward poten- tial tax increases, because what this is aimed at doing is telling us whether or not the fees have been increased over a period of time and what levels they might be at had we just simply adjusted them for inflation along the way.
