Williamson, being severally duly sworn, each for himself, says that he is one of the Di- rectors in the foregoing Articles of Association above named ; that four thousand dollars, being one thousand dollars per mile of the said proposed Railroad, has been subscribed, and ten per cent, in cash thereon has actually and in good faith been paid in to the Treasurer of the said Company, and that the subscribers to the foregoing Articles of Association are all and each of them personally known to each of these affiants to be the subscribers thereto, and to be the persons so represented.
