That any Member, desiring to throw his Card or Clearance into this Lodge, shall (before he is allowed to do so) produce a qualified Physician or Surgeon's Cer- tificate of the state of the health of himself and wife (if any) with such Physician or Surgeon's name and place of business attached thereto. This Law to apply to the admission of New Members.
