CHAPTER III.
OF THE OFFICERS OF THE BOARD.
16. The officers of the Board shall be the Presiding Officer, President of the College, Clerk, Dean of the Faculty, Treasurer, Curator of Grounds and Buildings, Librarian, and such other officers as the Board may deem it expedient to appoint.
17. These Officers, with the exception of the Presi- ding Officer, shall be elected by the Board, a...nd shall continue in office during the pleasure of the Board, and they shall receive such compensation as the board may DIRECT.
