Of 1 per cent, solution of silver nitrate and i gram ammonium persulphate are added, and the temperature maintained at about 60 C. For 20 minutes. Cool, dilute to 150 c. Cs. Bulk, and run in the standard solution, from a burette, till the pink colour just disappears.
The value of i c. C. Standard is found by dividing 1264 by the number of c. Cs. Consumed.
