Albumin is present in relatively larger amounts than in the other forms of paren- chymatous nephritis. The urine is dark and cloudy, but rarely bloody.
Hyaline and granular casts are present, also renal epithelium, red blood-cells, leucocytes, uric acid and calcium oxalate crystals.
