The allowable spans and minimum grades for plywood roof sheathing shall not exceed the values set forth in Table 2104-5. There shall be a ridge board at least one (1) inch nominal thickness at all ridges and not less in depth than the cut end of the rafter. At all valleys and hips there shall be a single valley or hip rafter not less than two (2) inches nominal thickness and not less in depth than the cut end of the rafter.
