The Board shall notify both landlord and tenant of the time, date and place of a hearing.
2. All parties must attend the scheduled hearing; 3. The landlord shall provide all evidence which proves that the tenant received all his/her protections as set forth in Section 4.

The notice shall state whether the Board ruled in favor of the landlord or the tenant and the reasons therefor.
