Rather than just saying "This is what should be done, " we say "If you can't afford to have this done maybe you will want to have a box made. " Or we give the alternative between a cloth binding and a leather binding. So, there is some range there from which the client can select. It's expensive work. It will certainly cost more than $100. After that, there isn't much I can say.
