ELECTION OF MEMBERS.
All members must be elected by ballot after having been announced at a previous regular meeting. They must receive a majority vote of the members present. No person shall be deemed a member until he or she shall have paid an initia- tion fee of two . Dollars and fifty cents into the funds of the Society and signed the Constitution.
ARTICLE II.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS.

Vacancies which occur shall be filled, by election by ballot, at the next regular meeting after they are announced to the Society, and all candidates for such vacancies must be nominated at the monthly meeting previous to their election.

DUES.
Each member shall pay dues of Three Dollars annually in advance. Non-payment of dues for six months shall subject a member to suspension or expulsion. A member may be re-instated by a majority vote at any time upon payment of back dues.
