His Royal Highness the Governor General in Council, in virtue of the provisions of sections 6 and 10 of The War Measures Act, 1914, and for the purpose of making Orders and Regulations with respect to penalties for trading with the enemy and other purposes connected therewith is pleased to order and it is hereby ordered as follows: — 1. Any person, who during the present war, trades or has since the 4th day of August, 1914, traded with the enemy within the meaning of these Orders and Regulations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall — (a) On summary conviction be liable to imprisonment with or without hard labour for a term not exceeding 12 War Documents.
