However, t...here has been an Executive Order which, in effect, states that agencies, in preparing standards and rules and regulations, should make them consistent with OSHA standards, but unless they are approved by the Department of Interior — specific agencies have their require- ments and standards approved by Department of Interior, and DOE has not had that happen; then the Federal agencies are re- quired to comply with OSHA standards, and that is, as I under- stand, the current law.
