Colson Thank you for the opportunity to discuss with you the Protocol to the Inter- national Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT) which would amend the Convention to modify the formula used to calculate budgetary obligations of the parties to the ICCAT. The Protocol was adopted on June 5, 1992 and was signed by the United States on October 22, 1992.
