15 AT&T estimates that those controls jeopardize about a half bil- lion dollars in sales over the next 5 years and when sales are jeop- ardized, jobs are jeopardized. In the AT&T business units most af- fected by the export controls, we need revenue increases of 5 to 10 percent a year just to maintain current employee levels.
We will not realize those revenue gains if our own government continues to limit our access to countries like Russia and China.
