THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, A. B. , &c. , Farmer. I GIVE all my estate and effects real, leasehold or personal whatsoever and wheresoever which I shall be possessed of or PRECEDENTS. O entitled to at my decease unto and to the use of my trustees and executors hereinafter named UPON TRUST as to my household furniture and household effects to permit my wife Ann to have the free use and enjoyment thereof during her life so long as she remains my widow and unmarried, and after her de...cease or second marriage, whichever shall first happen, the said household furniture and house- hold effects shall fall into the residue of my estate, and as to my farm stock, implements and farming effects and such other portion of my estate as my trustees shall think requisite for the purpose to permit my said wife to have the free use and possession thereof for the purpose of carrying on my business of a farmer during her widowhood until my son X. Shall attain twenty-one or during such shorter period as my said wife shall desire to carry on the same, my said wife while so carrying on my said business taking the profits thereof for her own use, provided she keeps up the value of the said farm stock, implements and farming effects to the value as existing at my decease, and my trustees not being responsible for any loss or lessening in value in the carrying on of such business by my said wife.
